The Process
I have spent my 20 year career as a freelancer / business owner refining a process that works with you. The process for something as fun as design shouldn’t be tiresome and confusing. The outcome of every project has always left myself and my clients feeling relaxed and confident in what we have made together.
Sent an enquiry? Great! This is where we’ll start chatting about how we turn your project into a dream! I will send you a Brief questionnaire – and if you have a pinterest board, this will come in handy for the direction. A discovery call can be booked if this is your preferred method of contact.
This is where you’ve signed up and I get to work interpreting your needs. Regardless of the package or service that you’ve chosen, the design exploration takes 3-5 working days. Once I’ve sent through the first draft, it is up to you to determine the leadtime.
Based on your feedback, I will make changes to refine the concept.
Yay! It’s time to launch! Once you’ve signed off on everything, I will start exporting all the required files and finalise your brand guideline or instructions.
Chances are, you won’t be done with me just yet. I am always around and ready to help you with any queries, questions or reasonable changes you might need.
